where do i google for service pointers? whirlpool? went through recalibration, still no work?

i have a whirlpool model WTW 4930 XWO. the washer lid lock clicked and clicked, and nothing happened. I changed the lid switch, and it works only on extra small load, and light washer. After more research, it sounds like the Shift Actuator. Does this sound like the Answer. I also keep seeing about recalibrating the washer. But can't find any info on how to do it. Any and all help is appreciated. want to order the piece from Appliancepartspros. asap. carl
