My refrigerator will not dispense water when the paddle is pushed in the front door. I replaced the Tri-Valve water inlet solenoid assembly and it is still not dispensing water. When I depress the water front door paddle the dispenser solenoid value is firing. The ice maker is still making ice. I have ordered a replacement filter to try but thought that since the ice maker was working it was OK. The ice maker however does appear to be making ice slower. The inlet water line has good flow and pressure. Could a partially clogged filter still allow the ice maker to work but not the water dispenser?
