Could someone tell me how to check the LED emitter (or whatever it may be called)?
This is on a Kenmore side by side with the ice maker and bucket in the door. The emitter and reciever are on each side of the bucket. The bucket itself pushes in the flapper.
I have seen many post for the emitter inside the door with the light that flashes but not like this one. Maybe I missed it...
I had someone tell me you can't see this particular led/light with just your eye - don't know if that is true or not. So how to test?
