Answered my own question. It was the machine control board where the heater relay is. New board solved the problem. Will order a new relay, repair old board and save for future use. Hope this helps someone in the future.

No heat. No voltage at heater element. Incoming voltage correct, just doesn’t reach element. Could this be a faulty machine control board? Except for heat dryer runs fine. Have checked thermistor, all thermostats,thermal fuse and element and all show continuity, just no voltage showing at element connection.
Help please.
