Our washer is shreding our clothes . Its like somthing is grabbing and or pinching pulling and breaking threads . When tbe tbreads dont break things are pulled wY out of shape. You might think the clothes were washed with a roll of barbed wire. I ha d felt the tub and find no sharp edges anywhere. Where the agitater comes through the tub there is a plastic ring. The ring appears to be in good shape. But things seem to beto one side or not centered. Is it possible for that to be pinching the clothes.
This machine is an HE the model number may not be correct it looms like the front half is missing.
