Probably a bad door switch. You'll need to take it apart to figure out which one went bad.

When I open the door on my microwave, the light blinks on and off constantly. Now it is mostly off but sometimes on. Sometimes when I open the door, it still runs. Also, when I push start, the display says door, and it won’t start. Another thing, when I take something out that has been heated, and shut the door, it will beep like I never took it out.
