Additional info - when placed in manual defrost, the heater hardly gets noticeably warm. I have confirmed the proper voltage to the heater.

I understand the resistance for the da96 00020q heater should be 103ohms. I am testing at 88. Is this variance unacceptable. I have replaced the PCB, replaced the defrost sensor, and the thermal fuse tests working. All that is left is the defrost heater itself, but I’m unsure that 88ohms indicates an issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
