This is a Kitchen Aid Electric Oven/ Microwave Combination. I had a tenant that many have used the self cleaning cycle. Since this was done the door will not open and is rather loose. It seems the locking mechanism has not released completely. I tried running the cycle again for 15 minutes but still did not open. Cannot see the model tag because door will not open. Any ideas here???
