Our LG WM2487HWMA is leaking with the water pooling around the front left leg.

I replaced the Tub to Pump Hose, Pump Case, and Pump Body Drain Hose. The leak is still occurring.

I've noticed a tremendous amount of mold build up inside and behind the Door Boot Seal. Is it possible that the Door Boot Seal has a small leak and should be replaced? I've run the tub clean cycle. Called LG and they said to clean with bleach. I've seen many posted articles around mold being an issue with some LG frontload washers.

Do you recommend I try replacing the Door Boot Seal, Part Number 4986ER0004G (AP4439732)?

Thanks very much.
