Thanks, found a plug that was bent. Adjusted it and now the washer is fixed.

Does the drum turn freely by hand?

Did you encounter any issues when reassembling the unit?

Is the rotor completely seated onto the driveshaft?

Is the wiring harness completely plugged into the stator and rotor position sensor?

Is the rotor position sensor ajar?

Hello! I just replaced my drum support spider on my Samsung washer. Now when I try to start it, the washer hums then flashes code IE. Also door locks and will not open. I've unplugged it and plugged it back in, cycled through washes and still does the same thing, it just doesn't work. I know the code means out of balance but I'm at a lost here and don't know what's wrong. Please help. :(
