This sounds like a motor with worn bearings. It will probably require a new motor as the bearings cannot be replaced or cleaned/lubed. The thermal cutout of the motor is doing its job.

When dryer stops it won't restart until it cools down ,which takes about a hour or more . When it stops and you press start button it sounds like it's going to start but the noise stops and when you press start button you get nothing.
