5 year old Samsung SMH1622B went dead when I hit the 30 second button. No lights on panel. Checked fuse and it shows continuity. There were 2 thermostats near front I checked. One showed continuity (with white connector) and other did not (I think that is the vent fan). I guess the above are normal. I could not locate the capacitor to discharge so I did not go any further. Any guesses on what it might be, and is it worth fixing, or time to get a new one?

Also, it seems a bird built a nest in one of my vents, probably the one used by the microwave. What part would vent blockage cause to break?
