Amy to find out if there are any error codes do the following.

Door must be closed and power off (machine in stand by mode, not unplugged)
Press and hold any button (except Start) for 4 seconds
Release for 4 seconds
Press/hold same button for 4 seconds
Release for 4 seconds
Press/hold for 4 seconds

The washer should then light up for 5 seconds and begin to display failure codes before completing the diagnostic test.
Push the same button again to scroll through stored error codes.
List any and all error codes and report back.

Over the last week I've noticed my clothes are still wet at the end of the wash cycle. After putting my washer on the rinse/spin cycle, that's when i noticed it isn't spinning fast. It will go through the entire wash and tumble like it's supposed to just won't spin the water out. We've pulled the pump and cleaned it out a couple times now so i know it isn't clogged; the water drains fine. Where do i need to stay looking? There's no error codes coming up either.
