According to the wiring schematic there is a fuse between the water valve and the water level switch. See the schematic...

Follow the wiring color white from the water valves to the fuse it then is brown going to the pressure switch. Check to see if that fuse is good.

Thanks for the reply, bro. That made sense to me so I went down and tested it by blowing into it to make the diaphragm click and measuring continuity and it seems to be behaving fine. The switch also seems to be doing its job if I fill the tub manually. So, it still won't fill on its own, despite the inlet valves working if I apply electricity right to them.

Have you checked the water level switch. Try adjusting it all the way to small load then to large load and back again. The pressure diaphragm may be stuck or the pressure switch may be bad. If it is bad here is the part you need.

Washer filled partially then stopped. I filled it the rest of the way manually and the cycle finished fine. If I provide current directly from the wall to the inlet valves, they open just fine.
