, use a multi meter and check for at least 13 VDC across pin 1 and pin 2 (red and brown wires) of the wire harness connector.
If you have the voltage replace the board. If you do not have the voltage you'll need to move the refrigerator out, access the "mother board" Part number: AP4436216

on the back of the refrigerator and check for the DC voltage out on the J4 pins on the motherboard.
