Just heard back from sears, part is not serviceable.

Put freezer back together Sunday. Everything working fine, but put my finger in the trough that feeds the ice maker, and there was ice in it. Trough was not full but why would there be frozen water in it... Could this be the real problem? if so how would I fix.

Hi, twice now have had to tear the freezer down and melt a whole lot of ice, it appears the peice that takes the water from the plastic line on the back of freezer, into the icemaker is leaking somewhere in the wall. Unfortunetly this model does not screw into the back and I cant find it for sale anywhere. Thinking its integrated into the freezer wall and I am going shopping soon:(
Back of fridge not sure why pics are not working replace the ** with tinypic (dot) com to see pictures --- used a Url shortner to get a different url and can post pics seem's tinypic is stripped out for somereason
