Here are your parts
Parts for GE CDWT980R10SS Dishwasher - AppliancePartsPros.com

Check across the water valve when it should be filling. If you have 120 volts and it is not filling you have a bad valve.
If there is not 120 volts, check across the overfill switch. If you have 120 volts then the switch is either not activated or it is bad.

If no voltage there either, remove power from the machine and check the wires using resistance from the control board down to the valve/switch combo.

If OK, then odds are that the control board is bad.

I have a 5 year old GE Cafe dishwasher that will not fill with water. Water inlet valve has been replaced. Float valve seems operational. If I manually add water to the tub and start the machine, it runs through the cycle but will not refill and water does not seem to be jetting out of the arms. Appreciate any suggestions.
