Hi.

You need to check if the drain pump energizes during the spin. If it does but washer not draining, you should check all grain hose for debris and other good staff that ends up in the hoses and pump. Remove the large hose connecting tub to the drain pump and clean it. If your washer is less then a year old it has to be under warranty so for any parts replacement you should call GE.
In case if pump won't energize, use a multimeter to test if there is 120V at the pump terminals (during the drain cycle). No voltage - control board, 120V present - bad pump.

Filter was clogged cleaned filter still wont drain when powered up door locks and no other messages
