The washer must fully drain before it will spin. There is a tech sheet inside the control panel that will tell you how to go into service mode. From there, you can select pump or spin directly to further troubleshoot the problem. There may be an obstruction in the drain hoses or the pump or the pump may be faulty.

Washer fills up and and agitates but will not drain or spin. There is no sound from the motor or pump and the selector knob will not advance beyond this point. Then if I press the Start button the control panel lights up and then shuts off. The pump feels warm to the touch but it makes no noise. If the pump is bad would this also not allow it it to spin? The belt on the tranny appears to be fine. Any help please and thank you!
