Now see where this might be a code violation & most likely pointed out by home inspector when up for sale. Will wire directly.

Instead of removing the power cord from the new disposal & wiring it directly can I put in a Female Electrical Plug & then just plug the disposal in? Looking @ this Leviton 515CR:

I imagine you're wondering why not put it a receptacle? Saw this solution on Amazon & thought it sounded easy & safe.
