Inside the lower service panel are tech notes that will tell you how to check out some of the components. Focus on the speed control board, that is frequently the problem here if the door lock assembly is good and the machine control unit is getting the message that the door is indeed locked.

My washer won't spin we have replaced the door lock and the control panel.the error code 57 still keeps coming up
