Sounds like a faulty timer.

GE WH12X10254 Timer - AppliancePartsPros.com

To rule out a pressure switch problem, open the control panel and disconnect the plastic hose from the water level control. If the washer will now fill, you would need to remove the front panel to disconnect and clean out the gunk in the hose where it attaches to the air dome on the lower left side of the tub. The air dome may also need cleaning out.

It will do everything but fill with water and stop at each cycle, it just keeps continuing to go through all the cycles. Its like the switch wont stop. Any guesses on possible parts or troubleshooting

It agitates with no water in it? Does it spin ok? When timer gets to OFF, it keeps running into next cycle?

Our washing machine has now stop filling on any cycles you pick. The pump works and the machine will agitate when in a cycle, just no water. The switch will not stop either, it keeps going from cycle to cycle and when i push the button in, you keep hearing a ticking sound coming from the switch. Any help with this was be appreciated.
