Replacing the thrust bearing should have fixed your spin issues. See if you need to adjust it.

If not operate the machine with the front panel off and see if you can determine whether or not the motor or the transmission is causing your slow spin. Given you have noise it may be that transmission is nearing a terminal state.

My washer works fine up until it hits the spin cycle. The water is draining out of the washer but it is not spinning fast enough to get the water out of the clothes. Also the fabric softner dispensor is staying full and not empting into the rinse cycle. It was starting to make a knocking sound also. I have replaced the drive belt and thrust bearing. It is still not spinning fast enough. The knocking nose has stopped though. What now? Any suggestions??
