Thank you for your response. We took off the access panel and saw that the right shock absorber is broke. We believe that is why it's leaking.

I would take off the lower service panel, clean out the pump and inspect the drain hoses to the pump and from the pump outward.

If you cannot see a problem, operate it with the lower service panel off and during the drain cycle you may be able to see where it is leaking from.

Hello, Today I noticed water at the back of my washer on the bottom on both the right and left side. I think it may happen during the spin cycle but I'm not sure. Any suggestions on what it could be? Thank you in advance.
