Ordered a water pump for a, admiral AAV7000AWW washing machine yesterday, just received it now, boy that was very fast.. went to install it, but noticed the old one has a metal plate between the pulley and pump that needs to go on the new one, I see no way to remove the pulley no allen torx or anything to unscrew the new pump matches up perfect even has the pegs that need to go through the metal plate, I thought this just went right in can someone knowledgeable with Maytag washers, its a maytag part, please let me know how to remove that plate, I look down the pulley and see no screw in there.
