I had to leave for awhile came home restarted the washer and it ran a complete cycle. I don't know what to think.

I talked to them and they told me they don't have any tech guys. And she said she could only read me the tips on her computer.

These units are infamous for problems with their main control boards. I've replaced more control boards then anything on these units. Contact Frigidaire and see if they can help you resolve your problem being a newer unit.

I have a frigidare affinty washer it was not spinning, so I replaced the door latch and it worked fine for 2 days. Now it goes into spin pumps the water out, tumbles and the timer counts down to 6 and just keeps tumbling.
