No............sounds like you don't have much of a background in electrical testing.........good luck with the new pump

Hey Humboldt what would be a good voltage read on the Selenoid if its running in good? Only reason I ask is if I run into this problem again I'd like to know if the Selenoid is running good and then I can focus on some other problem. Again thanks for the replies.

should of measured the voltage before you ordered the new drain pump but we'll see i guess

Hey Humboldt I ordered a new drain Selenoid so I hope that clears it up before checking the voltage on the old one. Thanks for the reply.

Help. My GE Nautilus won't drain at all (not even partially) and after all the troubleshooting I still can't get it to drain. Here are the steps that I have already done:

I first removed the sump filter inside the machine and did not notice any material that caused any obstructions. I then checked for a blocked drain pipe by unscrewing it at the drain point under the sink and found nothing there. Next I removed the kick plate and checked that the Selenoid underneath would pull down when the machine would go into the drain phase. I even removed the drain pipe at the machine to make sure there was not a plug at that end with which there was not. I also checked the Piston and Nut which is located at the rear of the unit and has to be unscrewed. That was also ok.

I can't think of anything else. Am I missing something? Any help is appreciated.
