Compactor kept running. shut it off. Drawer will not come out. ram and gear stuck in down position making it impossible to remove drawer. Looks like ram and pieces of unit are laying in drawer bottom. Unit is built into a cabinet. How do I get it out from the cabinet in order to examine and determine cause. Thanks
