Hi.

You need to check:
If the cooling fan is running and it's up to the speed and there is no air flow restrictions.(Make sure you are checking cooling fan not the convection fan).
If the hi - limit thermostat doesn't open prematurely.
If above listed parts checks out OK - then most likely it's bad control board/clock.

Our Maytag slide-in oven losses power (stops baking) intermittently. It has power to the oven light and the burners will still light, but the control panel will either go black as unplugged or the clock flashes. The oven temperature drops and quits heating either way.
