Wow a furnace with a mind of it's own. LOL You never hear much about Jenn Air central unit I don't think it is a wide spread problem. You need to check for a stack pipe rain leak dripping on or near that board.

The blower motor will start even if I have the thermostat turned off. I have even disconnected the thermostat at the furnace and the blower motor still will start. Sometimes it will run for a few minutes and sometimes it runs for less than one minute. It will sometimes start up every 30 seconds and run for a short time. I have heard that this model furnace has had trouble with the early circuit boards and this could be the problem. Does anyone have any information on this problem? Thank you
