hi. my ge gss22jfma ww side by side refrigerator isnt cooling properly and runs constantly. the only time it shuts off is for the defrost cycle. if i keep the temp settings on 9(max) for the freezer and 1(min) for the fridge the freezer will maintain about 15 degrees. however if i turn up the fridge side any then the freezer will increase in temp. the evaporator coils are about one-third covered with frost from the bottom up. the defrost heater works.i have defrosted it manually several times and the same issue occurs immediately. im guessing its a problem with the thermostat or thermistors? any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
