You could check from ORange to WHite on the control board.
You should see the heater resistance.
If OK then odds are that the control board is shot.

Hi Denman,

Thanks for your reply I checked the hi-limit thermostat and it's reading 0 ohms. It has a red wire on one terminal and a blue wire on the other terminal. I'm actually trying to help a friend of mine. He just told me that besides the dishes not drying the water isn't getting hot. Please let me know what you think I should check next.

Next ting to check is the hi-limit thermostat, (item 22 in section 03).
Should be 0 ohms.

Hi,

I have a Maytag dishwasher that won't dry the dishes. I tested the heating element with an ohm meter and its reading 15 ohms. Please let me know what else to check
