disconnected drain hose...ran through a rinse cycle with the drain hose in a bucket...no water came through though the hose is clear

My dishwasher won't drain...I have taken it apart, made sure there is no debris, made sure the hoses are unobstructed and I even replace the drain pump. Replacing the drain pump worked for about 2 weeks, and now it's not draining again...anything else I can do???
