it looks as if this connector is just a splice from the motherboard, or should this be plugged into something.

That connector supplies power to you blank board and water/ice dispenser

The lights on the front panel are out and there is no response from anything pushed. I have read elsewhere that this means i need a new motherboard. Under the freezer side up front there is a four wire connector that is disconnected. What does this connector go to and could this be my problem?
