I tested the terminal block on the dryer with the dryer plugged in and found that I was not getting 220V. Had an electrician check the panel and there was a loose wire (black) on the dryer's circuit. We are all good now!

I have replaced the heating element and all thermostats and thermister but still not getting heat. Can someone give me some instruction on how to test the control board and/or the outlet to ensure power is good?
