Thanks for the reply. To record what I did in this forum: there were 3 orifice sizes installed in the range top for the 4 burners, 167, 167, 142, & 104. I assumed that the orifice #'s refer to wire size or some proportional scale. The kit had 6 options;32, 62, 92, 105, 108 & 117. The smallest only produced a flame under the diffuser caps regardless of flame adjustment. Trying to match the mathematical proportion of the previously installed parts, I ended up with 105, 105, 92 & 62 and with some flame adjustment it seems to be correct.
It certainly works and cooks much better. Thanks.:)

Hi.

Can't find any instructions, so use the common sense: install the orifices with the smallest holes into the small burners and so on.
Sorry for being unprofessional but that's what I would off done.

Just purchased a home supplied with LP and new appliances. Stove top is not converted to LP. I have converted the regulator and have the orifice kit # W10286688 with all 11 pieces but no instruction sheet (not available from Whirlpool). I am looking for information on how I determine which orifice to use for LP for the 4 burners? Thanks for any help.
