All of the sudden my washer hit the spin cycle and was making an awful loud vibration noise. I shut it off and pulled the clothes out. The ones on the bottom of the tub were very warm. When I tried restarting the spin cycle, it got to a certain speed (not too far into the start) and then starting shaking, slowing down to almost a stop. Is this a bearing or transmission problem? I replaced a tub seal a couple of months ago. Before that it was leaking water through the bottom but has been stopped after the seal was replaced. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
