What happens when you push the water or crushed ice buttons?

The switch assembly for the ICE DISPENSOR ASSEMBLY is not working correctly. Currently it is stuck on CUBED ICE. The ICE works. The button for CRUSHED ICE and WATER do not work. Any ideas on how to diagnose the repair problem. Thank you.
