Hi.

You need to disassemble the dryer and clean all the air ways and blower. Specially the front air duct where the lint screen is.

In terms of years idk as whoever was in the apartment before us (moved in February of this year) left it here. And been working wonderful until now. From I notice, it did get hot in the dryer....didn't hear any odd noises just that there wasn't any air coming out of the dryer as I took the silver vent pipe off the house wall and the dryer and notice no air was coming out of it......

The inside of the vent pipe was a lil wet...didn't wanna mess up anything so didn't do much with the hole on the back end of the dryer... I did however clean the edge off with a cloth... what could be wrong?
