After disasembling the micro/oven I found that the attached part was burnt. 4451934 Transient Supressor, Would this cause my problem?

My microwave, a whirlpool gold accubake system stopped working. The turn table does not turn, it does not heat and when opening the door it doesn't shut off. The light in the microwave remains on and the oven portion seems to be working. Can someone help troubleshoot?
