i got in my deep freezer the other day and the food was thawing out i transfered the food to the freezer of our refridgerator and unpluggede the deep freeze. I let the deep freeze sit untill it defrosted then plugged it back in thinking that was the problem I can hear the compressor running but the fan does not and i know the compressor is working because there was a clump of ice in the bottom of my deep freeze that would not go away untill it was unplugged also i can not hear the fan running to circulate the the air please help and the door when it is shut normally pulls vacuum to help seal it and now it will not the deep freeze is a commercial deep freeze approx 21 cu. ft.

thanks for any help
