You should check the drain pump and hoses for restrictions.
Possibly the pump is bad.

Sorry, but I just located the model number, which was in a very obvious location. The GE washer model number is WBSR3000G2WS. Now it is whining some, like the is to much water in it. Thank you

I have a GE washer that had been working great. Then it started spinning slower, and the water is not spun out of the clothes. I checked the belt and it is still tight. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
