You have to replace the TCO and fix the wires. The two red wires should go to one terminal while the black goes to the second terminal.

- The cavity TCO Part number: WB21X10046
Part number: WB21X10046

Fuses good. I have power and to the first board. After that no power makes me think main board. For the costs and the gamble not knowing if that's the exact issue might just replace.

This is Kenmore model number and I can not find any documentations for their products. Besides the TCO there suppose to be a regular in line fuse. Did you check it?
