You also need to check out your venting also, if it's gotten slow it can cause the thermal to pop. Part number: AP3176214

Dryer will spin with no heat. Tested thermal fuse and it is open. temporarily shorted fuse, and unit seems to heat fine. Do I still need to replace the cycling thermostat?
