I would spray the molex connector with non-residue cleaning spray and push in each pin to make sure they make a good connection. Bad connections here will make the motor draw excessive current. I would check the motor run current when done.

Unit would not run through cycles, although it had power. Replaced motor/pump and circuit board. Used old fuse. Operated just fine about 1 month, then blew fuse. Molex connector at circuit board has obviously been very overheated. Replaced fuse and unit works OK. But why would 120v connects at Molex connector get so hot? Did they cause the fuse to blow?
Big question is - is it just going to happen again - an why?
