You might have a jamed damper door in the fridg section upper left.Open the freezer door and the fridg door and close the fridg door switch. select lower temperatures and see if the light coming through the damper door cover is constant. If so, you probably have a broken damper door.

Hello. These are temperamental machines being all electronically controlled. To properly diagnose these units you will need to enter the electronics self-diagnostics. This is a rather complicated procedure so if you would open the attachment, you can read how to perform these tests. Hope this was helpful. Have a great day!

Hello,

Does anybody have any insight to this seemingly bizarre issue? My Fridge keeps cooling no matter what degree you set the temperature. The Freezer side temperature is fine. Basically when you try to set the temperature on either side, it shows the desired temperature and then just reverts back to the current temperature. From there, the Fridge side just keeps getting colder and colder and the fresh food is freezing because of this issue.

Thanks in advance for any guidance.
