The cook time is never reached. The microwave will turn off after only a few seconds of running. I have to reprogram the time and date each time it shuts off before the cook cycle completes. Just like I have to do if there is a power outage. I would like to know if there is a part that goes bad that would cause this and can I fix it easily or would it be time to buy a new microwave? Thanks, Dan.
