dishes not clean; i replaced filter and chopper seal kit; bottom arm sprays but not spinning. spins freely but not during wash cycle. middle and top arms spray and spin ok. holes in spray arm seem clean, maybe some internal gunk reducing spray and therefore not spinning?? is this next part to replace?? thnx for any advice...
