Thanks for the suggestions. I have tried shutting down the breaker and restarting the cleaning cycle, but still have the same issue. I will have to take a shot at removing the back panel to take a look at the motor.

Try to turn the breakers off for a few minutes, turn it back on, start the clean cycle, wait a minute and cancel it.

Some times it helps.

P.S. If there is no error messages, the control does not sense any problems.

you will have to go to back and disconnect the latching motor. unplug stove , the problem may be with motor . or problem may be with clock. or both , ihave seen that happen with this model .observe motor with power on .see if it trys to turn.

There are no messages in the display, other than the clock. The light associated with the lock is just continuously flashing.

We ran the cleaning cycle yesterday and following the cycle the door has remained in a locked position. We have tried turning off the breaker for a period of time (~ half hour) to see if that would reset it, but that was not a success. Is there a way to release the lock on the door?
