You need to use a meter to determine if voltage is getting to the timer/control unit. If so, the timer/control unit is the first suspect. If you need more info please post a model number so we can see exactly which machine you have.

My washer suddenly lost all power. There is no issue with the outlet or fuse.
Is there a fuse within the unit? Is this a switch problem? This happened suddenly and is as if it was unplugged.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
